  • We understand that visiting a new salon or seeing a new stylist can feel nerve-wracking. That’s why we encourage you to click on each stylist’s profile to learn more about their specialties, experience, and personality—helping you find the perfect match for your hair goals and feel confident before your appointment.

  • Appointments for existing clients can be booked without a prior consultation for color or cut but new extension clients always need a consultation. New color clients can book a consultation the same day as their appointment to go over what you are trying to achieve.

  • Our extension clients book their routine appointments about 8 weeks out. Color routine appointments are booked 4-8 weeks depending on the service. New clients can be fit in 1-2 weeks in advance.

  • If a question is not answered in the FAQ, please reach out to our receptionist by phone call or email the salon and someone will have an answer within 24-48 hours.
